Have you ever thought about how you fall back to certain patterns of behavior again and again even though you are deliberately trying to change it?
You might find yourself loosing your temper with your kids way too often, ending up in similar toxic relationships or situations, eating a poor diet, living an unhealthy lifestyle or quitting one addiction only to replace it with another.
A reaction is something that happens outside of our consciousness. Most of us spend a big part of our day performing routines and reacting to situations without giving it a second thought. This is because the subconscious mind makes up the majority of our mind.
The methapor of an iceberg is a great way to better understand the conscious and subconscious mind.
The tip of the icebreg is the conscious mind, it represents what lies above of the surface of our subconscious mind.
The rest of the iceberg, 90-95% of which lies beneath the surface represents our subconscious mind.
Even though we are mostly unaware of what lies beneath, the subconscious mind is the part of our mind that directs our reactions, behavior, and choices from a conscious level down to a cellular level.
As adults, we are operating from our subconscious mind or “autopilot mode” 90-95% of our time awake.
That‘s quite a big part!
The foundations of our subconscious mind (where our deepest beliefs, emotions, and physiological responses reside) are mostly built during CHILDHOOD.
By the time our brains are fully developed, our ”programming” and ways of being are so deeply ingrained in our minds that trying to change our subconscious patterns from a conscious level becomes a losing game.
Unless we effect change on a deep, automatic and subconscious level, we will always be far behind in our efforts to resolve the root cause issues that work beneath the surface of our thinking.

What is an INNER CHILD & why is it important?
The inner child represents the small child we used to be that needed love, care, safety and belonging.
It is a powerful part of our subconscious that contains our most basic emotions, creativity, sensitivity and personality we were born with that we might have suppressed while growing up.
Our inner child is our essence, the root of our being, and a part of our awarness that is natural and authentic. It is also the part of our psyche that influences how we think and react as adults.
Our happiness and well being today is greatly dependant on experiences from our childhood.
How we were raised and the interactions we had during those important early years are what drives our behavior and the choices we make in adulthood.
Hypnotherapy works by altering our state of consciousness and brainwave activity to a point where we feel blissfully relaxed physically yet fully awake mentally. In this heightened state of awareness or trance, our subconscious mind can be accessed, making it open to suggestions and ripe for change while the conscious mind takes a back seat.
The reason why holistic hypnotherapy is so effective at facilitating permanent change is because I combine multiple modalities to process trauma, heal the inner child, release stuck emotions, and reprogram your mindset on a deep subconscious level - where change happens so naturally that we hardly have to try consciously.

You will be 100% in control of your actions and words during hypnosis / trance.
All hypnosis is essentially self-hypnosis. This process is a two-way street and nothing can be done without your permission.
We go in and out of a trance state on our own many times a day. All absent-mindedness (driving, making your morning coffee, showering, etc) is a state of trance, where you feel like you are letting go the wheel of your life and let something else take over.
Here are a few facts regarding trance state:
You are physically very relaxed and mentally very focused.
Trance is simply a very relaxed state of being, a dream like state, in between sleeping and waking. It can also be compared to a deep form of meditation.
You are able to wake up and be fully alert at any point if you need to be.
You decide what you want to share or not share.
You are always in control of yourself.

A holistic healing hypnotherapy session lasts about 4 hours.
The hypnosis part of the session will last about 2 hours.
A holistic healing hypnotherapy session can be broken down into several key steps:
Pre-talk: We will use this time to discuss your issues, goals and history.
Induction: I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation. This could involve slowly counting down from 10 to 1, or asking you to focus on a fixed point in the room.
Deepening: Once you are in a relaxed state, I will use techniques to help you enter a deeper relaxation or trance state. This could involve visualizing calming scenes or going down a set of stairs.
Therapeutic intervention: In this stage, we will process the root cause of your issue, release tension or negative emotions from the body and heal your traumas. We will also rewire the neural pathways with suggestions and affirmations that are tailored to your specific goals.
Emergence: we will gradually bring you out of the hypnotic state. I will count you out and suggest that you return to your normal conscious state feeling refreshed and alert.
Post-session discussion: After the hypnosis, we will discuss the experience and any insights or feelings that arose.
After care: I will check up on you a few days after the session and will provide homework/resources to solidify the changes of your newly formed neural pathways.
Follow Up: We will get back in touch 2-3 weeks after the session to reflect and discuss on results. I will also provide coaching on how to move forward.

Holistic approach in hypnotherapy works to heal the root causes of traumas in the mind, body and spirit first in hypnosis before giving positive suggestions and affirmations.
Holistic healing hypnotherapy takes 4 hours to complete.
Regular Hypnotherapy takes on a Clinical approach to make new neural pathways through positive suggestions only.
Clinical hypntoherapy takes 1 hour to complete.

A healthy amount of skepticism is needed for critical thinking. It helps us process information, ask straightforward or tough questions and lead us to a more evidence-based / rational approach to decision-making.
I encourage you to do your own research about the risks and benefits of hypnotherapy or hypnosis.
Anyone who is of a sound mind, able to hear, speak, has a strong imagination, an open mind, and a strong commitment to change is a good candidate for hypnotherapy.

It all depends on the depth of the issue you are trying to resolve, how long you have lived with it, how ready you are to unpack the issue during the session and how determined you are to overcome it.
To create permanent automatic shifts and form new neurological pathways, most minor issues require only 1 session, while major issues require a minimum of 2-4 sessions.
Some clients, may require more session (3 to 6 sessions) than others to break through, especially if the issue is deeply entrenched.
Even with the longest scenario, I’m sure you would agree that it is an incredibly quick time in which to resolve lifelong issues entirely.
It is reccomended to have 2-4 weeks break in between sessions so that the mind has some time to integrate and rest.
By the end of this process, most people have forgotten about why they came to therapy in the first place.
They changed so effortlessly and naturally that they feel like their new way of being is the way it’s always been.
This happens because they have transformed so quickly at a deep, fundemental and unconscious level that the conscious mind have not caught up yet.

You are literally starting a new life with a new beginning. And once you come to this realization, you will know the true value of this life changing work.
With this being said, sometimes after clearing major issues, minor ones will appear because they were overshadowed by the bigger issues previously.
You can then come back for a top up session as much as you see fit.

The result you get is a direct reflection of your determination and commitment to the change. Even though this process is very powerful and effective, the only one who can guarantee the level of determination and commitment (therefore the success of the therapy) that will create the change you truly want to manifest is yourself.
Hypnotherapy is not a passive process or a one way street, it requires an active participation and full cooperation of the client receiving the therapy.
The magic happens when the client is ready to let go of control, open their hearts and surrender to their vulnerability. This requires tremendous courage and a conscious commitment to generating change.
It is never a good idea to seek change through hypnotherapy to please your spouse, friend, partner or parent. The motivation behind seeking therapy has to come internally, from your own free will.

All you need for an online session are a private space to lie down, a pillow, blanket, tissue, laptop or computer with a webcam, reliable & fast internet, ideally with a wired headset that has a microphone.
I recommend doing the session on a computer or laptop that is plugged into the charger and a wired headset to make the session run smoothly without distractions. I will need to see the upper half of your body during the session and be able to hear you clearly. All you will need is my voice in your ears guiding you on your journey.
